I will officially start hiring new teachers mid-August for fall classes.
I am working with a small number of teachers so I can do some beta testing.
I have hired all my previous teachers and assistances, even my editors and illustrators, as independentcontractors.
I need to make sure all aspects of my business are in place.Therefore, I am starting with a small pool of W2 employees so I can focus on what I need to adjust in my training and employee manual.

Last month, this all felt so overwhelming that I questioned hiring teachers. I questioned my ability to properly train teachers to ensure that anyone teaching for me provides high quality instruction and feedback.
But, as one person, I cannot meet the demand for my courses.I have trained teachers and non-teachers (those not coming from a traditional teaching background), how to develop courses, how to earn money teaching online, and all the ends and outs of virtual education.But, I still had my doubts.

Itโs because these are ๐ข๐ฎ classes, like my baby that I created and now I have to share it with the other teachers and trust that they will be amazing teachers.

When I get messages from people wanting an opportunity to earn more so that they can make a livable wage, the motivation for the organization kept growing.
Please, bare with me as I navigate this new venture so when I hire teachers, they will be 100% ready, parents will trust that my teachers will provide exceptional classes, and we will all be able to thrive together!
