Yikes! Low to Zero Enrollments
The conversation about low to zero enrollments has been going one for a while. The advice:
- Go to another platform
- Change your videos
- Change your course description
- Work on your SEO
That all sounds good, but will it increase your enrollments?
I don’t think it is wise to be on one platform, and it makes even less sense as a business to no have your own platform.
If you’re experience low enrollment, I highly recommend working on building your business, marketing your classes, and finding ways to scale outside of offering courses. Since I have written and spoken about this often, I am just going to drop these videos I made last year.
Other than adding and removing new classes, what do you do when you experience slow growth?
I’ve been spending more time writing proposals, applying for grants, and reading.
