- Grant writer
- Business plan
- Songwriter
- Screenplay writing
- Self-publishing
- Literature course (book club or novel study)
- Technical writing
- Pitch a course idea (must include writing)
Requirements
- Must have documented experience instructing the subject
- Experience working with youth ages 8-18
- Ability to create an online course (if you have demonstrated experience, course content creation can be accommodated)
- Learn pre-created curriculum (Formal essay writing courses)
- High speed internet
- Background check
About the Role
- Create and develop online courses for youth ages 8-18
- Courses can range from one-time sessions to multiday/week sessions
- Provide live instruction and written feedback on learner’s work
- Pay $25/40-45 minute class; $17/25 minute class + bonuses for feedback provided on learner’s work
- Independent contractor
- Ability to be a self-starter (you get to choose your own schedule)

Teacher Jade’s Writing Academy offers online writing courses to youth ages 8-18. These courses will be offered on the Outschool platform with the opportunity to offer it on additional platforms the Academy has partnered with.
